• Green Tea: Rich in antioxidants (EGCG) that protect skin from free radical damage, reduce inflammation, and promote a youthful glow.

• Hibiscus: Known as the “Botox plant,” hibiscus helps improve skin elasticity while adding a tart, refreshing flavour.

• Rosehip Seeds: Packed with Vitamin C and essential fatty acids that brighten, support collagen production, and even skin tone.

Brewing & Tips:

• Hot Brew (Recommended): Brew 2.5g of tea (half a teaspoon) in 1 cup of water heated to 80°C (~175°F). Steep 2–3 minutes to prevent bitterness.

• Add-Ons: A squeeze of fresh lemon, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, or a sprig of mint.

• Cold Brew: Infuse 2.5g of tea in 1 cup of cold water, refrigerate for 8–12 hours. Infuse along with fresh berries for a natural sugar boost.
